Thank you for your Nasstoys purchase!
All Nasstoys products are covered under a 1-year warranty from date of purchase against mechanical failure or manufacture defect. Nasstoys will replace the item after receiving a $10.00 money order from the consumer or you may provide us with a credit card to charge for shipping and handling, no refunds are given.
To file a warranty claim, please click on the below link and fill out the form, please include the item # and name of item you purchased in the description section. Upon completion you will receive an email confirmation of your claim submission, and a Nasstoys representative will review and contact you with any further instructions. Proof of purchase will be required. Mechanical failure and manufacture defected products will be replaced with the same item, or a similar item if the item is no longer available.
Please note: Residents outside of the US are required to pay for shipping to and from our company. Please provide a return label when shipping the defective item to us.
Nasstoys is not responsible for lost or stolen items, these circumstances are not covered under the 1-year warranty.
The 1-year warranty does not cover damage or malfunction due to misuse of the product.
